Replacement of the level controller
1. Remove the upper cover where the level controller is located as indicated
in figure Number 1.
2. Loosen the cap where the level controller is located with an appropriate
wrench as indicated in figure Number 2.
3. Cut the connection cable to controller as close to the controller as
possible..
4. Loosen the jet nut between the controller and tap and take it off.
5. Insert the new controller with the copper joint in the same position as it
was found.
6. Place teflon tape on the screw top and screw it in correctly. WARNING, it
is very important that it is perfectly sealed; otherwise it could cause leveling
errors.
7. Make the cable connection by means of a terminal, making sure the
colors coincide.

Resetting the security thermostat.
When the seam generator overheats due to the excess of mineral salts
inside the boiler or in the steam conduction pipes.
The thermostat shoots up automatically. This is located inside the generator
as indicated in the following figures.

To reset the thermostat:
1. Remove the fornt cover of the generator.
2. Unscrew the black cap as shown in figure number 3
3 Press the button until the thermostat resets. Upon resetting, lig ht number
7 on the controller must light up.
To replace the security thermostat, follow
These instructions:
1. Remove the front cover of the generator..
2. Disconnect the steam output pie and
unscrew the t-piece until it comes off the
generator.
3. Remove the generator cover.
4. Unscrew the black cap and disconnect the electrical cables,
remembering the connect position.

5. Unscrew the jet nut on the thermostat body.
6. Pull on the copper pipe upwards to take the bulb out of the thermostat.
7. Insert and assemble the new thermostat being very careful as the copper
pipe is very fragile.
1. Disassemble the generator covers until it look as in the following figures.
2. Mark and disconnect the electrical resistance wires as indicated in figure
number 7.
3. Remove the screws from the upper cover with an Allen wrench as
indicated in figure number 8.
