Turkey Pesto
Panini
Ingredients:
•
1/4 cup of prepared basil pesto
•
8 slices of ciabatta bread thinly sliced
•
8 ounces of very thinly sliced roast turkey breast
•
1 roasted red bell pepper, stemmed, no seeds, cut into strips
•
6 ounces of cheese
•
1 tbsp of olive oil
Steps:
•
Divide the pesto evenly among 1 side of each of the bread slices.
•
Divide the turkey, roasted pepper, and cheese equally among 4 of the
bread slices.
•
Top with the remaining bread, pesto sides down, to create 4 sandwiches.
•
Brush the outsides of each sandwich with olive oil.
•
Place the panini on the grill and press.
•
Serve warm and enjoy!
