Place the steam cooker on a stable surface, dry and heat resistant, to a reasonable distance from
walls or furniture.
Do not put the steam cooker on a shelf. The base and accessories are not for use into oven or on
fire.
Fill the water tank (4) only with fresh and clean water. Do not use other liquids, do not add salt,
pepper, etc.
When filling the tank with water, make sure to not overfill the MAX level as indicated on the water
level indicator (5) inside the tank.

Put the large steam water (2) on the water tank (4).
Pour vegetables, fish or other food without sauce or liquids. Put the lid on (1).
The steam exit must not be closed.
Use both bowl Fig. 3
Put the small steam bowl (3) on the water tank (4) and under the large steam bowl (2).
Put the bigger piece of food to cook into the small steam bowl (3) as the time cooking is longer. Put
the rest of food to cook into the large steam bowl (2) and put the lid on (1).
Do not add herbs or spices before the end of cooking.
Always put the biggest piece of food into the small steam bowl as the time cooking is longer.
If cooking poultry or other meat and vegetables, always put the meat into the small steam bowl (3)
in order to avoid that liquids drop on the rest of food.
Connect the cord supply (10) to the socket.
Set time cooking with the timer (8) until max. 60 minutes; the indicator lamp (7) illuminates. After
about 3-4 minutes, the steam cooker gives off steam.
When cooking is complete, timer (8) and indicator lamp (7) turn off. If there is a lack of water when
cooking, the steam cooker will automatically stop.
To remove hot parts, always use kitchen gloves to burning yourself.
When cooking is complete, always disconnect the cord supply (10) from the socket.
The cooking times indicated in the table are starting when the steam starts and are only in-
dicative. You can make corrections personally. Times of cooking increase according to the
quantity of food to cook.
