• Battery not charged
. maybe battery is over-discharged, but can charge after connecting
with the adaptor for a while.
. Battery performance deterioration.
• Can not connect with internet
. Bad signal or wireless interference in surrounding environment;
SIM card is installed correctly or not; connection good or not; SIM card
damaged or not; If SIM card is damaged, please consult with internet
service operator.
• Standby time become shorter
. It is related to internet system setting. If device is in bad connection
area, please turn off device for the time being.
. Need to replace battery
. When device can not receive signal, it will continue to transit to
look for base station, consume large battery and cause attached time
shorten. Please remove device to use in stronger signal or turn off
device for the time being.
• PIN Code Wrong
. Input wrong PIN Code continueously for three times. Please contact
