ASSEMBLING RIP FENCE
Slide the rip fence
into the round tube,
and adjustment the
rip fence parallel with
T-slot,
and
perpen-
dicularity with table,
finally
tighten
the
lock lever (Fig. 6)

Installing
the
mag-
netic switch, keeping
the face of magnetic
switch to front (Fig.7).
Then
installing
the
tool
storage
hooks
into the frame by but-
ton head screw and
flat washer.
ASSEMBLING BLADE
Firstly, put the blade into the working table
groove ,and on the upper wheel and lower
wheel, and make the blade cooperating with
upper and lower blade guide, secondly, install-
ing blade guard (Fig.7-B,E) and insert (C),then
tighten blade tension lever, to keep the proper
blade tensions.

ADJUSTING THE BLADE TENSIONS
1. Engage the quick release blade tension lever
(Fig.9-G) to the tightened position and turn

the blade tension lever (F) till the tension scale
(K) reads between 4 and 6.
2. Turn the switch on, slowly release the ten-
sion one quarter of a turn at a time. When you
see the blade start to flutter, stop decreasing
the tension.
3. Slowly increase the tension till the blade
stops fluttering, then tighten the tension an-
other quarter turn.
4. Look at what the
tension gauge reads
and use that as a
guide for tensioning
that blade in the fu-
ture.
5. Re-adjust the blade
tracking,
keep
the
blade rides in the cen-
tre of the upper wheel
and is centered on the peak of the wheel
crown.
ADJUSTING UPPER AND LOWER BLADE GUIDE
The blade guides are factory set, should run
through the centre of the rear blade guide,
and the side guides should be parallel with the
blade , if they have been moved out of adjust-
ment, adjust as follows:
1. Adjusting upper blade guide.
Loosened the clamp
bolt (Fig.10-B), move
the block (A), and
adjusting the blade
(F) parallel with (D,E),
then
tighten
the
clamp bolt (B).
2. Adjusting lower blade guide.
Loosened the clamp
bolt (Fig.11 - H,I,G),
move the block, and
adjusting the blade
parallel with two side
guides, then tighten
the clamp bolt.

Rotating the table tilt

sure the tilt scale is 90°,
