Drain air line fi lter daily.
Keep lubricator fi lled.

Prevent accumulation of
moisture and dirt.
Keep the Nailer lubricated.
Prevent clogging of fi lter with
dirt.
Prevent a jam.

CHECK METHOD
Check for a jam.
Nailer feeder damaged?
Ribbon spring weakend or
damaged?
Check for proper nails.
Check air pressure.
Check position of nailing
depth adjuster.

HOW
Open manual petcock.
Fill with Hitachi pneumatic
tool lubricant.
Follow manufacturer's
instructions.
Blow clean daily.

Supply 5 – 10 drops of
lubricant into the Nailer.
Open petcock on air
compressor tank.
CORRECTION
Clear a jam page 16.
Replace nail feeder.
Replace ribbon spring.
Use only recommended nails.
Increase air pressure.
