INSTALLATION
Plug the microphone onto the upper audio input socket, and then connect the audio cable to the rear audio output socket.
This base can be used with Dynamic or Electret microphones. Select the used microphone type from back panel switch.
- ECM MIC unbalanced: select this option when using unbalanced Electret microphones. Powered by batteries.
- ECM MIC balanced: select this option when using balanced Electret microphones. Powered by batteries or Phantom.
- DYNAMIC MIC: select this option when using Dynamic microphones. No power is required.
In case of using batteries, install them in its compartment verifying the correct polarity.
In case of using Phantom power supply; check that this feature is activated in the mixer/amplifier where the microphone is connected.
The upper switch is used to open and close the mircrophone, while the LED switch shows its current status, activated when
microphone is opened and deactivated when microphone is closed.
