Temperature Measurement

Switch on instrument
Use button (9) to select „°C" or „°F" respectively.
The HOLD-function has to be „off".
Using button (5) Select resolution between 0.1° C and
1° C.
Bring the object to be measured into contact with the
temperature sensor.
Wait until a steady value is displayed. Please note that
the time required to obtain the actual measurement
value depends upon each individual ap-plication (up to
30 seconds).
The value displayed can be stored by use of the „HOLD"
button. The display shows „HOLD". Please ensure that
the HOLD-function is switched off before each meas-
urement.

5.2 Measurement point illumination

UNITEST Therm 100 are equipped with a measurement
point illumination feature. Thus, working under bad lighting
conditions (e.g. division switch cabinets) is made easier.
Press button for measurement point illumination (6).
After approx. 45 sec, the measurement point
illumination switch of automatically.
