Problem

12. Troubleshooting

Reason
For battery operation: check whether
batteries are correctly inserted.
For mains operation: check that the
mains plug and mains adapter are
correctly inserted.
Check that the lip valve is correctly
positioned.
If it is damaged, use the replacement lip
valve supplied.
Hold the pump upright. If the pump is
held at an angle, it switches off
automatically
Replace breast milk container
Ensure that the silicone cushion is
completely flush with the breast shield
Tighten screw ring up more
Ensure that the breast shield is
completely flush with the breast
Check whether battery power is
sufficient. If a light below the On/Off
button is on, the batteries are too
weak. Insert new batteries
Turn the suction strength controller in
the "+" direction to achieve optimum
suction strength
Ensure that the silicone cushion is
completely flush with the breast shield
Ensure that the breast shield is
completely flush with the breast
Turn the suction strength controller in
the "-" direction
