Speaker Mounting Diagram
See below for three ways to mount Stealth Wireless receivers to powered speakers:
1.
M10 Screw: Use the supplied M10 screw to connect the Stealth Wireless receiver to the powered
speaker's fly point.
2.
Hook and Loop Strips: Use the Hook strip and Loop strip to mount the Stealth Wireless receiver
to any flat, stable surface.
3.
Machine Screws: Caution: When using the supplied machine screws, check with a qualified
technician as improper installation can destroy internal speaker components.
Troubleshooting
No signal:
•
Make sure both the transmitter and receiver are set to the same channel.
•
Check the power LEDs on both the receiver and transmitter. If one of them is off, check that the
device's power adapter is connected correctly.
•
Make sure the volume controls on your mixer and speakers are turned up.
Weak signal:
•
Make sure there are no objects (computers, walls, pipes, etc.) between the transmitter and
receivers.
•
Change the channel on both the transmitter and receiver (to the same channel).
Poor signal quality:
•
Make sure the receiver antennas do not touch each other.
•
For best signal reception, provide at least 10 feet (3 meters) of separation between the transmitter
and the receiver.
•
Keep any connected audio cables away from the antennas.
•
Make sure no other devices are sending signals on the same frequency channel that you are us-
ing.
•
Change the channel on both the transmitter and receiver (to the same channel).
•
Adjust the squelch control setting. A higher squelch setting provides better protection against
interference but may also reduce signal range. Choose a setting that most effectively mutes
interference yet allows the true signal to pass through. If poor signal quality requires a higher
squelch setting, try to eliminate the interference or switch the transmitter/receiver channel to avoid
a loss of signal range.
