BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1.
Remove all packaging materials including those that may be inside the toasting
slots or toasting lever slots.
2. Place Toaster on a flat, level, heat resistant surface, in a well-ventilated area, away
from flammable materials.

Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not use
abrasive cleaners.
WARNING! Do not place the Toaster, cord or plug in water.
4.
It is recommended to run 1 cycle of toast without bread before the first use.
NOTE: The unit will visibly smoke and also remit odor as it continues to
burn down-off the factory sediments. This is normal and will not affect the
performance of the toaster.
5.
Make sure both crumb trays are locked into position on the bottom front of the
Toaster. Both left and right toasting levers should be in the UP position.
6.
Plug Toaster into a 120V 3-prong electrical outlet.
7.
Turn both left and right browning control dials to max - 6.
8.
Lower both left and right toasting levers until they lock in place.
NOTE: The Toaster may emit a thin smoke on the initial use. This is normal and
not detrimental to the performance of the Toaster.
