USO Y FUNCIONAMIENTO
2.1
Antes de iniciar toda operación con este equipo, asegúrese de que la conexión entre bomba y cilindro es correcta. Para ello,
introduzca el semienchufe macho de la manguera nº 9 en el enchufe hembra del cilindro nº 10 y apriete a fondo la tuerca.
La conexión debe ser totalmente estanca.
2.2
Es también necesario antes de comenzar un trabajo purgar el circuito hidráulico para eliminar el aire del sistema de válvulas
de la bomba. Para ello, abra la llave de descarga nº 2, girándola en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj. A continuación,
accione varias veces la bomba con su palanca.
2.3
Vuelva a girar completamente la llave nº 2 en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. La unidad hydráulica está lista para
comenzar a funcionar.
2.4
Para despresurizar el cilindro, gire lentamente la llave de descarga nº 2 en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
2.5
Una vez utilizado el equipo, manténgalo almacenado con los pistones del cilindro y de la bomba totalmente recogidos.
MUY IMPORTANTE: Carga máxima de trabajo de la cadena: 1,4 t. Presión máxima de servicio: 345 bar.

MANTENIMIENTO
3.1
Engrase periódicamente todos los ejes y partes móviles.
3.2
Mantenga los componentes hidráulicos al amparo de ambientes agresivos.
3.3
Verifique el nivel de aceite de la bomba con el pistón del cilindro totalmente recogido y repóngalo en caso necesario. La
capacidad de aceite es de 525 cm
IMPORTANTE: Un exceso de aceite puede impedir el funcionamiento de la unidad hidráulica.
3.4
Utilice aceite de tipo hidráulico HL o HM, con un grado ISO de viscosidad cinemática de 30 cSt a 40ºC o de una viscosidad
Engler de 3 a 50ºC. MUY IMPORTANTE: No utilice nunca líquido de frenos.
3.5
Para pedidos de piezas de recambio, indique el número que figura en la lista de componentes. Disponemos de un juego de
repuestos que contiene exclusivamente los retenes y las juntas de la unidad hidráulica.

REPARACION
Tanto el mantenimiento como la reparación de este equipo deben ser llevados a cabo por personal cualificado.
ASSEMBLY
Mount the wheel support nº 1 on the beam nº 2 and insert the ring nº 3 in the groove of the
beam nº 2. (fig. 1).
Then, mount the column, cylinder and pump.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never exceed the rated capacity of the cylinder.
1.2
Never operate the cylinder beyond the maximum stroke indicated in the label. This stroke
is indicated on the piston with a red mark.
1.3
Keep the maximum safety distance between pump and chain during pulling operations
with the chain.
1.4
As a safety measure against overloading, the pump is fitted with a safety valve. This valve
is factory set and must not be tampered with.
1.5
It is recommended the use of a gauge to control at all times the loading capacity of the
cylinder during operation.
1.6
If these basic rules are not followed, injury to the user, the unit or the component being manipulated may result.

USE AND OPERATION
2.1
Before operating the aligning set make sure that a correct connection between pump and cylinder has been effected. The
male connector of the hose nº 9 must be inserted into the female coupler of the cylinder nº 10. Tighten completely the nut.
The connection should be oiltight.
2.2
Prior to any operation, purge the air from the valve system by opening the release valve of the pump nº 2 anti-clockwise.
Pump the unit several times with the lever.
2.3
Close the release valve nº2 clockwise. The pump is now ready for use.
2.4
To remove the pressure from the cylinder, turn the release valve nº 2 very slowly anti-clockwise.
2.5
After operation, keep the unit stored with the pump and cylinder pistons fully retracted.
VERY IMNPORTANT: Maximum working load of the chain: 1,4 t. Maximum working pressure: 4.930 psi (345 bar).

MAINTENANCE
3.1
Lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals.
3.2
Always keep the hydraulic components clean and protected from aggressive conditions.
3.3
Check the oil level of the pump with the cylinder piston fully retracted. The oil volume of the pump is: 525 cm3.
IMPORTANT: An excess of oil will render the hydraulic unit inoperative.
3.4
Use only hydraulic oil of the Hl or HM types, with an ISO grade of cinematic viscosity of 30 cSt at 40º C or of an Engler
viscosity of 3 at 50ºC.
VERY IMPORTANT: Never use brake fluid.
3.5
When ordering spare parts, please make note of the part number indicated in the exploded view drawing provided. A repair
kit is available containing all the common spare parts.
4
REPAIR
Both maintenance and repair of this equipment shall be only carried out by qualified and authorized personnel.
