In this professional lab the chemicals are stored in containers and are readily available when
required. The user can have different processes available at the same time due to the often low
film throughput. Usually the chemicals are used only once as quality requirements are very high,
especially with E-6 processing.

One-shot chemistry is also used if the ATL is utilized as a complement to a minilab for slide pro-
cessing. However, in this case the bleachfix can be re-used up to three times if it is not older than
a fortnight. Films showing insufficient fixing can be treated in fresh bleaching bath without having
to accept any quality losses.
Never re-use the first developer!
a) Extend bleachfix time in the program from 6 min to 8 min
b) We recommend to only mix approx. 1/3 bleachfix, meaning 5 liter of bleachfix for 15 liter deve-
loper
c) Put the 15 L container for the bleachfix into the position for collection (models ATL-2400 and
ATL-2500) (Important: Open the cap of the container!). The bleachfix is now automatically
used three times. When filling in new developer into the containers, also fill in fresh bleachfix.
