Troubleshooting

Problem - Possible Cause - Solution

The LCD displays nothing when the device is started.
(1) Battery is too low.
Charge the battery.
(2) The keys are locked.
Unlock the Hold switch by holding down the PLAY/PAUSE and MENU
button.

The player doesn't respond when the Play button is pressed to play an audio
file.
