5.1 - Without Concrete Slab
Set the ends of the trenches with cement slabs.
5.2 - With 10-Cm Concrete Slab
Recommended concrete: 150 kg of cement per m3 of sand, mixed in a cement mixer.Provide locations in readiness, by using polystyrene strips or
wooden rafters of rectangular cross section measuring 15 cm wide by 5 cm deep for the horizontal rails and setting of the ends, and 18 cm wide by 9 cm
deep for the pressure plates.
The dimensions of the slab should extend beyond the edges of the pool by at least 30 cm.

6 - Mounting plastic profiles on posts

Before starting to assemble your pool, mount the white plastic profiles on the posts (caution: for oval pools, there are two types of posts).(fig.3)
7 - Installation of Main Joists (Oval pools only)
The reinforcing struts are essential for the support of the pool.
WARNING
: Do not tighten the bolts until the various parts have been assembled. (fig 4)
1. Assemble the vertical post and the horizontal rail.
2. Assemble the main joist and the vertical post.
3. Assemble the main joist and the horizontal rail.
4. Tighten all the bolts.
8 - Assembly of Straps (Oval pools only)
Make sure that the ground has been carefully levelled before laying the straps. These straps must be laid flat on the ground.
If the pool is installed on a concrete surface, spaces should be reserved for bolts to hold the straps. Holes of 18mm in diameter should suffice.
IMPORTANT
: When assembling, insert the bolts through the top and screw-on the nuts from underneath. One bolt is provided for each
hole. (fig 5)
9 - Assembly of Structure (Oval pools only)
Assemble the various parts. (fig 6)
To enable you to make sure that the distance and alignment are satisfactory, temporarily connect
the upper plates onto the main joists, using one single bolt. Lay-out the step stones without securing
them, and fit-on the lower rails. (fig 7)
Check that the distance between the main joists is exactly right, and that they are perfectly
vertical. You should also check the levels between each of them. Once alignment has been
finished, make sure that the diagonal distances are the same. Once you have finished setting
the positions, fill the trenches with a little sand.

10 - Assembly of Lower Rails

Before proceeding to assemble the lower rails in the rounded parts of the pool, lay-out the wall within the pool. ( fig 8)
If the pool is not positioned on a concrete slab, position a small slab measuring approximately 30 by 30 cm within the rounded parts at each point of
connection of the lower rails. These slabs should be positioned so that their upper faces are exactly at ground level.
