3.) How to put on the safety harness
3.1) Check harness for damage; in particular buckles and webbing
straps for wear/tears. Retire from use immediately if there is even the
slightest doubt regarding safe condition.
3.2) Put on safety harness as per harness type
Jacket construction: A: Put on safety harness, B: Fasten leg loops;
C: Fasten waist belt; D: Thread the webbing strap through the chest
attachment point and lock with buckle; E: Fasten the chest connector
with buckle; F: Connect the two chest loops with carabiner and also
