orthopedic pillow under your head. The higher end should be at your

shoulder. This ensures op timum support of your cervical spinal column.
GETTING USED TO
It usually takes two to three nights to become accustomed to the right way of sleeping. Only very few
cases require a little more time.
OUR COVERS
Please note that all our products consist of high-quality materials, which require special care, due to their
special qualities. Please remove the cover carefully and without force. We recommend to hold on to the
entire pillow not just one end. The pillow's inner cover is made of organic cotton, pre-washed without
the use of bleach. Any visible specs are residue of cotton plants and do not have any negative impact on
pillow function or hygienics.
CLEANING OF COVERS

CLEANING OF PILLOW CORE
After washing the pillow core by hand with a mild detergent, carefully squeeze by hand, do not wring
out. To dry, place pillow on a grate or similar (place a towel underneath) and give plenty of time to dry
(about a week). Do not dry near a heat source or expose to direct sun light.
A slight discoloration of the pillow core is normal and has no impact on the special functions of the
pillow.
