IMPORTANT
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Cream whippers are pressurized containers for which
particular safety precautions apply.
• Please carefully read the entire operating instruc-
tions before use.
• Store these operating instructions for future refer-
ence.
• Keep the WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE and the
corresponding Kayser cream chargers out of the
reach of children!
• The WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE is solely intended
for the applications specified in these operating
instructions.
• The WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE is suitable for
household use.
• Fill in a maximum of 0.5 litres or 0.25 litres
(please note the filling mark on the Kayser bottle)
of cream or similar products into the WHIPcreamer
SYMPHONIE. Never use solid ingredients or
liquefied gases as ingredients in the Kayser
bottle. This is the only way to prevent blockage or
a sudden pressure increase and in this manner to
ensure the safe operation of the unit.
• Never use other media than Kayser cream chargers
to pressurize the WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE.
• Use a maximum of 1 Kayser charger for 0.5 litres
or 0.25 litres of liquid per filling.
• Check that the WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE is not
blocked before any use. Before each new filling,
thoroughly clean the unit. Always disassemble it
into the specified parts (see image on page 2) and
clean these individually.
• Never disassemble into more parts than specified
(see image on page 2). Any unauthorised manipu-
lation, which exceeds the instructions provided in
these operating instructions, can be hazardous
and will void both the warranty as well as exclude
our liability!
• The WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE is operated under
pressure. The maximum permissible operating
pressure PS is 20 bar. Any inappropriate use can
result in personal injury.
• The WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE unit head is equipped
with a pressure limiting device, which is located in
the metal threaded connector.
• The incorrect operation, overfilling of the WHIP-
creamer SYMPHONIE, use of more chargers than
the amount specified and/or the exceeding of the
temperature will cause overpressure in the
WHIPcreamer SYMPHONIE. The WHIPcreamer
SYMPHONIE bottle is fitted with a safety base,
which is curved inward. In the event of an
inadmissible pressure increase, the safety base
will partially or fully bend outwards. As a result,
the interior pressure of the bottle will decrease.
In such a case, the pressure in the WHIPcreamer
SYMPHONIE must be relieved immediately by
actuating the lever. In no case may it be used
again.
• Never force the pressurized WHIPcreamer
SYMPHONIE open. When the unit head cannot be
unscrewed easily, perform the following steps to
relieve the pressure.
