• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please en-
sure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is com-
patible with your mains supply.
• The mains cable of the device need to be laid in that way, that
the risk of stumbling or strangulation is completely excluded.
• Keep the cord away from hot objects and open flames.
• Always disconnect the mains plug and let the device cool down
before you touch it!
• Always pull on the plug itself when disconnecting the device
from the power supply. Never pull on the power cord.
• To completely disconnect the unit from the power source un-
plug the adaptor plug from the power source.
• If the mains cable, the adaptor or the device is damaged, con-
tact the customer service centre.
• The adaptor contains a transformer. Do not cut off the adaptor
to replace it with another plug, as this causes a hazardous situ-
ation.
• Do not attempt to repair the device yourself in the event of a
malfunction or damages, as this would invalidate the warranty.
Ask your specialized dealer. Repairs should only be carried out
by authorised service centres to avoid hazards.
• Never use a damaged device.
• This appliance does not contain parts, which can be exchanged
or repaired by the user.
• The appliance is protected against unauthorized use. Do not
modify this appliance without authorization of the manufacturer.
• If this appliance is modified, appropriate inspection and testing
must be conducted to ensure continued safe use of the equip-
ment.
• This device is not designed to be used by persons (including
children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by
persons with insufficient experience and/or knowledge, unless
under observation by a person responsible for their safety, or
unless they have been instructed in the use of the device.
