06. CLEANING AND CARE


CAUTION! Material damages
Do not wash any of the individual parts in the dishwasher.
Do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners.
After each use
Clean the vegetable grater/slicer and all used drums immediately after each
use. Any residue sticking to the drums causes bacteria build-up that may be
extremely harmful to health.
When you wait too long, cleaning becomes unnecessarily difficult and, in ext-
reme cases, very cumbersome.
Heavy soiling may result in permanent damage to the parts.
1. Thoroughly remove any residue with warm water.
2. If required, use a brush.
3. Allow all parts to dry well before reassembling them.
NOTE: Some foods such as carrots may stain the housing
Use a cloth soaked with cooking oil to remove any discolouration.

07. STORAGE

DANGER for children
Keep the vegetable slicer/grater and the drums in a dry place out of
the reach of children.
