Guarantee
Ferplast guarantees the JAMAICA glass turtle tank, the DOVER decoration and accessories within the limits set
out in this clause and pursuant to current law. The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and comprises
free repair or replacement. The guarantee becomes null and void in the event of damage and/or defects caused
by negligence, wear, failure to comply with the instructions and warnings contained in this booklet, accidents,
tampering, improper use, poor repairs or failure to present proof of purchase.
