OPERATION
1. Insert the DC plug into vehicle's 12 V or 24 V car cigarette lighter socket.
The LED around the DC socket will light up when it detects input power.
2. Connect the device you wish to power into one of the USB ports or DC
socket. Output power depends on the device's needs, but is limited to each
port's maximum output power (indicated in the diagram above).
TROUBLESHOOTING
Tablet/e-reader or smartphone does not charge.
Disconnect them from the USB ports and check the LED indicator and fuse.
My Samsung tablet will not charge.
Samsung tablets require a different charging configuration. This unit is not
compatible with Samsung tablets.
My USB device keeps dropping in and out of charge mode.
If you have two iPads or other similar high-current draw devices plugged into
both ports, the circuit may be overloading. Total current cannot be over 3.1 Amps
from all devices.
No lights are on and there is no output power.
Check the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug by removing the cap on the DC plug.
