INSTALLAZIONE

Prima di installare la WB200-WB200M sulla macchi-
na, montare il Piede Stabilizzatore (E) in dotazione al
dispositivo,nell'angolo posteriore sinistro in basso, per
rendere perfettamente stabile lo smontagomme(fig.9)
Posizionare la struttura portante del dispositivo nell'an-
golo posteriore sinistro della macchina, assicuran-
dosi che le superfici della staffa siano perfettamente
combacianti con quelle del cassone. Forare il cassone in
corrispondenza dei 4 fori posti sulla staffa della WB200
Utilizzare una punta di diametro 11mm come indicato
in fig.10
COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO E VERIFICHE DI FUNZIONA-
MENTO COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
• Controllare la conformità tra la tensione di linea e quel-
la indicata sulla targa della macchina; in caso contrario
NON ALIMENTARE la macchina.
• Il cavo di alimentazione della macchina, fornito nella dotazione
è dotato di spina normalizzata conforme alle norme Europee.
OGNI INTERVENTO SULL'IMPIANTO ELETTRICO, AN-
CHE DI LIEVE ENTITÀ, DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATO DA
PERSONALE PROFESSIONALMENTE QUALIFICATO!
• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione (C in fig.7) al connet-
tore (B in fig.7) posto sul lato posteriore della macchina
ed inserire la spina nella presa di rete.
• Verificare l'efficacia della messa a terra.
• La protezione della rete a valle del collegamento a spina
deve venire eseguita a cura del cliente mediante fusibi-
li di sicurezza da 3A per macchine 230VAC e da 6A per
macchine a 115VAC; oppure mediante interruttore auto-
matico di sicurezza o sezionatore onnipolare con aper-
tura dei contatti di almeno 3 mm, conformi alle norme
Europee.
• Effettuato il collegamento, accendere la macchina me-
diante l'interruttore generale (A in fig.7).
VERIFICHE DI FUNZIONAMENTO (fig.8)
• Premendo il pulsante di START, la ruota montata deve
ruotare in senso orario, vista dal lato destro della macchi-
na. La corretta direzione di rotazione è indicata da una
freccia sulla carcassa della macchina.
• Se la rotazione avviene nel senso sbagliato, la macchina
si arresterà immediatamente.
• Nel caso in cui si verificasse un uso anomalo della mac-
china, azionare immediatamente l'interruttore generale
(A in fig.8) e controllare il manuale di istruzioni nella se-
zione malfunzionamenti. E' vietato togliere tensione alla
macchina mediante il distacco della spina dalla presa di
corrente o dalla macchina.

INSTALLATION

• Before fitting the WB200-WB200M on the machine,
mountthe stabilizing foot (E) which was supplied with
the device,on the right rear corner below, to perfectly
stabilizethe tyre changer (fig.9).
Position the supporting structure for the device on the
back left corner of the machine ensuring that the surfa-
ces of the column fit perfectly against the casing. Drill
the casing at the four holes in the column. Use adrill bit
of 11 mm(fig.10)
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND OPERATING CHECKS
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
• Check that mains tension is the same as on the rating
plate; DO NOT CONNECT THE MACHINE if the two do not
match.
• The machine supply cable (supplied) is fitted with CE
standard plug.
ALL WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, EVEN
OF A MINORNATURE, MUST BE CONDUCTED BY
PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL !
• Connect up supply cable (C in fig.7) to connector (B in
fig.7) located on the back of the machine and insert plug
into mains socket.
• Check earth.
• Supply protection down stream of the plug-socket con-
nection is the user's responsibility. A fuse or automatic
safety switch or cut-of f with minimum 3 mm contact
break in conformity with European standards can be
used. The safety fuses of the power socket must be 3A
for 230VAC machines and 6A for 115VAC machines.
• After connecting, start up the machine by throwing the
main switch (A infig.7).
OPERATING CHECKS (fig.8)
• Press the START button; the mounted wheel should ro-
tate in a clockwise direction looking from the right side
of the machine. Correct rotation direction is indicated by
an arrow on the machine body.
• If the wheel rotates in the wrong direction, the machine
will shut down immediately.
• Should a fault be observed in machine operation, throw
the main switch immediately (A in fig.8) and consult the
manual in the malfunctioning section. It is forbidden to
cut power to the machine by unplugging the socket or
the machine.
