ADJUSTING THE SPRAY GUN
1.
Squeeze the trigger while pointing the gun at a piece of cardboard or scrap
material and wait for the spray to come out.
2.
Turn the sprayer control dial to the desired position for optimal results.
NOTE: The spray control dial is a stop that limits the distance at
which the trigger can be pulled.
CHOICE OF SPRAY TYPE
To select the spray type (b), with the air cap loosened (a), rotate the air nozzle to the desired spray pattern.
TYPES OF SPRAYING
A = vertical sprinkler - for horizontal surfaces
B = horizontal sprinkler - for vertical surfaces
C = round sprinkler - for corners, edges and other hard-to-reach places.
SPRAYING TECHNOLOGY
ATTENTION: The surface must be carefully prepared and kept free of dust. Surfaces and parts that
are not to be sprayed should be masked by covering them with masking tape and newspaper.
Always keep the spray gun at an even distance from the object to be sprayed. The distance will vary depending on the
type of paint being sprayed, it is suggested to start with 20 cm and adjust if necessary. Depending on the set spray
effect, move the spray gun evenly upwards or downwards.
The movement of the spray gun should be by the arm and not by the wrist to ensure that the space between the gun
and the surface remains the same throughout the operation.
