The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling
centre for electrical and electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead
of handling the disposal, the appliance can be handed over to the
retailer when a new, equivalent appliance is purchased. Users may
hand over used electronic products measuring less than 25 cm in size
to any retailer of electronic products with a sales floor space of 400 m
or more at no expense and with without obligation to purchase a new
appliance. The appropriate differentiated collection of the appliance
at the end of its life for subsequent recycling and environmentally
compatible waste treatment and/or disposal contribute to avoiding the
harmful effects of waste on the environment and health, and allows
the materials of which the appliance is made to be reused for other
applications.
DISPOSING OF THE BATTERY
This product contains a Ni-MH rechargeable battery.
• Remove the batteries from the appliance before
disposing of it.

concerning correct disposal.
Before disposing of the appliance, remove the battery, ensuring that
it is completely discharged.
To disassemble:
1. Remove any screws at the front or rear of the appliance.
2. Remove the front and/or rear panels of the appliance, prising
off with a screwdriver. Also remove any additional screws
and/or parts as needed until the printed circuit board with the
