tool repaired before use. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained power tools.
● Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges
are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
● Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits
etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions
and the work to be performed. Use of the
power tool for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
BATTERY TOOL USE AND CARE
● Recharge only with the charger specifi ed by
the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable
for one type of battery pack may create a risk
of fi re when used with another battery pack.
● Use power tools only with specifi cally desig-
nated battery packs. Use of any other battery
packs may create a risk of injury and fi re.
● When battery pack is not in use, keep it away
from other metal objects, like paper clips,
coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal
objects, that can make a connection from one
terminal to another. Shorting the battery ter-
minals together may cause burns or a fi re.
● Under abusive conditions, liquid may be
ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If
contact accidentally occurs, fl ush with water.
If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medi-
cal help. Liquid ejected from the battery may
cause irritation or burns.
SERVICE
● Have your power tool serviced by a qualifi ed
repair person using only identical replace-
ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of
the power tool is maintained.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY AND WORKING
INSTRUCTIONS
● Before any work on the machine (e. g., main-
tenance, tool change, etc.) as well as during
transport and storage, set the rotational direction
switch to the centre position. Unintentional actua-
tion of the On/Off switch can lead to injuries.
● The battery is supplied partially charged.
To ensure full battery capacity, completely
charge the battery in the battery charger be-
fore using for the fi rst time.
● Read the operating instructions of the battery
charger.
● Apply the power tool to the screw/nut only
when it is switched off. Rotating tool inserts
can slip off.
● When working with an application tool, pay
attention that the application tool is fi rmly
seated on the tool holder. When the applica-
tion tool is not fi rmly connected with the tool
holder, it can come loose again and not be
controlled.
● The torque depends on the impact duration.
The maximum achieved torque results from
the sum of all individual torques achieved
through impact.
● Check the actually reached torque with a
torque wrench.
INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for driving in and loos-
ening screws and bolts as well as for tightening
and loosening nuts within the respective range
of dimension.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

● For safe and proper working, always keep the
machine and ventilation slots clean.
Clean the application tool, the tool holder, the
power tool's ventilations slots, and the battery's
ventilation slots each time after using.
