1. ASSEMBLY
The Bain Marie will need to be unpacked and the sneeze guard fitted using a cross
head screw driver.
1. Screw the two side supports onto machine.
2. Place front glass into slots and I cross bar in position to hold the glass in place
3. Fix second cross bar in place and slide top glass in
4. Please DO NOT tighten nuts too tight as glass may crack
2. OPERATION
1. Best use check correct electrical supply
2. Place on a strong level surface
3. If with water well above the internal element
4. Make sure temperature is a 0
5. Plug into power supply ( green light on)
6. Turn to required temperature (orange light on)
The temperature will automatically cut in and out as the temperature of the water
falls and rises.
3. CLEANING
1. Allow machines water to cool down first
2. Turn temperature to 0 and unplug the machine from the power
3. Drain water into container
4. Wipe clean with cloth
5. Please ensure no access water near controls
6. FILL MACHINE WITH WATER BEFORE NEXT OPERATION
Failure to do this will burn out the element and void warranty.
