4. What are standard values?

The World Health Organization (WHO)
has drawn up the following overview for
assessing blood pressure values:
High blood Borderline
pressure

sure >90
* mmHg = Millimetres of hydragyrum (mercury)
** It suffices for one of the values to be raised

1. Battery replacement

• Open the battery compartment
Open the cover of the battery compart-
ment on the underside of the display unit.
• Insert batteries
Take the old batteries from the display
unit and insert the new ones. Make sure
the polarity is correct (mark inside of the
battery compartment).

• Close the battery compartment

Close the battery compartment by

replacing the cover.

Always change all 4 four batteries. Only
use long-life alkaline (LR 6) batteries.
Carbon zinc (R6) batteries often require
changing. Please remove the batteries if
the device is not going to be used for
some time.
