4. Fitting and removing the diamond-tipped disc
Slacken the three nuts on the disc guard and
remove the disc.
Remove the disc-locking nut using a 30 mm
spanner and a 5 mm Allen wrench.

CAUTION !
THE DISC LOCK NUT HAS A LEFT-HAND
THREAD.

Proceed to fit the disc, checking the rotation
direction clearly marked on the tool.
•
Tighten the disc and replace the disc guard.
ASSEMBLING THE Ø 300 mm DIAMOND DISC
For correct use of the machine with Ø 300 mm tools
it is necessary to adjust the cutting head stroke
scale.
Proceed as illustrated as follows:

Assemble the Ø 300mm tool as indicated in
paragraph 4 (assembly and disassembly of the
diamond disc).

Loosen the limit stop adjuster positioned close
to the cutting head locking lever (photo 5).

Using the locking lever, fix the motor head so
that the diamond part of the tool is brought to
the inside of the working surface groove
(photo 6).

CAUTION !
DO NOT BRING THE CUTTING TOOL INTO
CONTACT
WITH
WORKING SURFACE GROOVE.

Bring the adjustment screw back to support the
frame pin and fix it with the two locking nuts
(Photo 7).
