11. Switch on the vacuum motor.
At this point the machine is ready for work, after an optional tuning of the foam regulation
control panel, as specified in the paragraph "Foam Regulation control panel".
1. In order to spray foam, press the lever on the spray accessory. Spray foam uniformly on
the surface to clean. The ideal thickness of the foam is about 4-5 mm.
2. Let the foam sprayed act on the surface for some seconds. In case of persistent spots, it
is possible to brush the surface.
ATTENTION: You must spray a quantity of product sufficient to clean the surface, keeping
in mind that the foam that really works against dirt is just the foam adhering to the surface.
Any further layer of foam sprayed will not improve the result. If you notice you have sprayed
too much foam in a specific area, you should spread the foam and distribute it in a uniform
and thin layer.
3. Vacuum the foam from the surface. Avoid to vacuum a big quantity of foam, which might
be even sucked into the vacuum motor from the recovery tank! The foam sucked into the
motor can damage it!
In some circumstances it might be advisable to use some anti-drop product, which must be
put inside the recovery tank. This is useful to re-melt the foam sucked into the recovery tank,
preventing it from going inside the vacuum motor.
4. While using the machine, if for any reason you should need to switch on again the
compressor, by acting of the compressor ON/OFF switch, then you must previously
empty the air tank. Otherwise the compressor could be unable to start, because of the
pressure (up to 8 bars) inside the air tank. To empty the air tank, spray air with the
accessory, with both compressor and pump switched off.
NOTE: The compressor is provided with a safety thermal protection, which intervenes to
protect it from an overheating. If the compressor stops suddenly, when the pressure or the
air has not yet reached its steady value, then it can be due to an overheating. If this
happens, check that the voltage supplied to the machine corresponds to the value indicated
on the label and that the set point for the air pressure is not too high. Switch off then the
