Introduction
Thank you for selecting an Atlantic Fountain Basin Kit. Before using the Kit please take a
moment to review this manual.
The FBKIT1 Plumbing Kit is intended for use with the FB2400, FB3200 and FB4600
Fountain Basins when installing one decorative item. The FBKIT3 is intended for use with
FB3200* and FB4600 when installing multiple decorative items.
FBKIT1 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
The diagram to the right shows the proper
installation of the discharge fittings and
valve when used with the FB3200 Fountain
Basin and Tidal Wave Pumps. Discharge
fittings and tubing are included for connection
of Tidalwave FP-Series and MD-Series Pumps.
Tubing must be cut to length on site based on
the requirement of the installation.
Step 2:
Begin by installing the 3/ 4 " insert fittings into both
ends of the ball valve. Connect one end of the
tubing to the outlet of the ball valve. Loop the
tubing into the second plumbing channel and
cut it to the desired length. Insert the barbed
end of the ¾" elbow into the open end of
the tubing.
Step 3:
Place the decorative item (vase, column, or drilled
boulder) on the fountain basin and position
directly over the ¾" elbow. Run the ¾" PVC
standpipe (not included) through the decorative
item and into the socket end of the ¾" elbow. Seal
the opening around the standpipe with the
supplied SPSEAL Standpipe Sealant. Standpipe
Sealant is an EPDM based product that will
remain pliable and can be reused.
