Set Time/Power Level
To set a basic cooking program:
Press POWER LEVEL
to set the power level.

Use the number buttons to enter the cooking time.

Multiple Stage Cooking
The Buffalo Commercial microwave can be programmed with up to 3 different cooking stages to run in sequence:
Stage 1
Press POWER LEVEL
to set the power level.

Use the number buttons to enter the cooking time.
2.
Stage 2
Press POWER LEVEL
to set the power level.
3.
Use the number buttons to enter the cooking time.
4.
Stage 3
Press POWER LEVEL
to set the power level.
5.
Use the number buttons to enter the cooking time.
6.
Press the START
button to begin cooking.

Note:
To begin cooking after Stage 2, press the START

Program Cooking Presets
Frequently used Single or Multiple Cooking Stages can be saved to a Preset number button. Each key is preset with the following default cooking times:

To program and store a Preset:
Press the PROGRAM
button.

Press the number button where the preset is to be stored.
2.
Select the power level.
3.
Enter the cooking time.
4.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary for multiple stage cooking.

Press and hold the PROGRAM

Press the STOP/RESET

OR
Press the START
button to begin cooking with that preset.
