4.1 Setup
• First remove the protective cap from the ground spike.
• Screw the garden socket on to the ground spike.
• Insert the ground spike vertically into rm ground. Make sure
that the ground spike is securely in the ground and cannot fall
over.
• Connect the power cable to a properly installed socket.
• Then connect your device – which must be switched off – to
the socket.
• Now switch on the connected device.
Note – Pulling out the garden socket
• Disconnect the garden socket from the mains.
• Disconnect the power plug of the connected device.
• Pull the garden socket out of the ground using the handle.
4.2 Timer
Note
The timer does not continue to run when the power supply is
interrupted.
• The timer is activated or deactivated using the slide switch (6).
• Switch position ¹: Timer activated
• Switch position I: Timer deactivated/continuous operation
4.2.1 Programming switch-on/switch-off times
• To program switch-on times, push down the time tabs according
to the desired time. One tab corresponds to 15 minutes. If a
longer time period is required, more tabs (increments of 15
minutes) must be pushed down accordingly.
• Switch-off times: Pull the time tabs back up.
4.2.2 Setting the current time
• Turn the time dial clockwise until the arrow on the inner ring of
the dial points to the current time.
5. Care and Maintenance
Note
Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning or
if it will not be used for a long period of time.
• Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and
do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
• Make sure that water does not get into the product.
