Guidelines for use of batteries
If the remote control will not be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries from the battery
compartment.
The remote control uses two AAA batteries, both of which should be new and replaced at the same
time when they run out.
Clean battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation
Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity, matching +/- sides of the battery
to corresponding indications on the remote control.
Remove used and dead/discharged batteries promptly.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING.
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE FAN IN WATER!
CLEANING: Clean the Fan intake and exhaust openings with the vacuum brush attachment on your
vacuum cleaner..
This will remove dirt ang lint that may accumulate over time. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE
APART FAN. Clean the body of the Fan with a soft cloth.
CAUTION: Do not use gasoline, benzine, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc. as they may damage the
Fan. NEVER use ALCOHOL OR SOLVENTS.
STORAGE: Store the Fan, with these instructions, in the original carton in a cool, dry place.
Disposal of old electrical appliances.
When the time comes to eliminate this product, please consider the environmental impact
and take it to recognised recycling facility instead of disposing it with general household
waste. Take the equipment to a waste disposal site. Plastic and metal parts that are used in
the construction of this appliance can be separated into pure grade which allow recycling.
Ask to your service centre for details. Everyone of us can participate on the environmental
protection.
This product is Class II item, no earth line build in.
