How to Get Your Appliance Replaced?
Save your original receipt.
(A) Return the appliance with the original receipt to the professional salon from which it was purchased where the appliance may
be exchanged at no charge, depending on the retailer's exchange policy (terms and conditions may vary depending on store's
exchange policy);
(B) WITHIN the Warranty Period: Please (1) contact FHI Brands at 877.344.4328 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and
return instructions, and (2) return the defective product with a shipping, handling and replacement fee of $35.00 ("SHR Fee")
(C) OUTSIDE the Warranty Period: FHI Brands MAY, at its sole and absolute discretion, cover your defect on a case-by-case basis.
Please call FHI Brands at 877.344.4328 for determination. IF FHI Brands, in its discretion, agrees to accept the return, then: (1) you
must obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions, and (2) return the defective product with the applicable SHR Fee.
The SHR Fee must be paid in the form of money order or check drawn on a US bank and made payable to "FHI Brands." (PLEASE
DO NOT SEND CASH). We WILL NOT process any returns without a Return Authorization Number or the SHR Fee.
We strongly recommend tracking your shipment using UPS, Federal Express or Registered Mail and keeping the tracking number
for your records. You are responsible for the shipping charges to send your appliance to FHI Brands. We are not responsible for
products lost or damaged in transit.
