Corrections of the date (push-
piece I) and moon-phases (push-
piece II) must under no circum-
stances be done when the watch
shows a time between 8pm and
6am. If you are uncertain of the time
shown by the hands (whether it is am
or pm), move the hour and minute
hands forwards (crown in position 2)
up to 6am, after the date change. Then
correct the date and moon-
phases as necessary, before setting the
watch to the correct time.
Correcting the date (1-31) –
push-piece I
Press push-piece I using the gold sty-
lus. Repeat the operation until the
exact date appears.
Correcting the moon-phases –
push-piece II
Press push-piece II using the stylus,
so as to place the moon in the centre
of the window. Use a diary to count
the days since the last full moon.
Then press the push-piece the
corresponding number of times. You
will thus have set the moon-phases to
date.
