1. ALWAYS unplug the tea maker and let cool before cleaning.
2. Wash steeping chamber, stainless steel filter and carafe with mild detergent and warm
water. Rinse well and dry.
3. Clean the tea maker body with a clean, damp, soft cloth. Do not immerse power unit
in water or any other liquids.
4. Minerals found in water can leave deposits in your tea maker that may affect its
performance. It's recommended that you regularly clean your tea maker by using a
citric acid-based decalcifying product or white household vinegar. Using one of the
products above, add to water and fill tank reservoir to MAX fill line. Operate one brew
cycle per the "Clean Your Tea Maker Before Using The First Time" instructions above.
