4.1 FAULTS, CAUSES AND REMEDIES

Screw feeder will not rotate
1) The machine is not powered.
- Check for power line continuity.
2) A foreign object in the screw feeder prevents rotation.
- Check and reverse the screw direction of rotation if necessary.
3) Verify that the rotation time has not been set to zero (see 3.1.1 above)
Constantly noisy operation
1) The bearings might be damaged.
- Remove the screw feeder pin from the gearmotor and check bearings condition.
