Clean the feeder scanning area (the left side of the platen glass)
and the white strip of plate under the feeder with a
water-moistened cloth. Then, wipe the area with a soft, dry cloth.

Hold the feeder with one hand, and then open the cover under the
feeder with the other.

Clean the rollers (a total of eight places) inside the cover under the
feeder with a water-moistened cloth. Then, wipe the area with a
soft, dry cloth.
Spin the rollers with your hand while cleaning them.
