unit when in use and always let the unit cool down before removing oil or other
liquids. When baking and boiling you should not let water come in contact with
hot oil. This could splatter or foam.

The below recipes are just for your info. The possibilities of the wok are limitless.
In the book store you can find many cook books with recipes for the wok, but to get
you started, we provide you with some recipes. Bon appetit!
TOMATO SOUP WITH BEEF AND BASIL
Ingredients:
•
250g beef
•
500g tomatoes
•
2 cloves of garlic
•
1 leak
•
10 leaves of basil
•
1 table spoon of oil
•
a dash of rice wine or sherry
•
pepper and salt
Preparation:
1. Slice up the meat into small pieces. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop
the cloves of garlic. Wash the leak and slice into rings. Also slice up the basil into
small pieces.
2. Heat up the wok.
3. When the wok is hot, bake the beef for one minute in the oil. Add the tomatoes
and the garlic, so they can also bake.
4. Add 1 litre of water and let it stew for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes add the leak rings and let them cook for 1 minute.
6. Spice up the soup with a dash of rice win or sherry, basil, pepper and salt.
