BLENDING RECIPES
Tonics, Dressings and Sauce Instructions:
1. Fill blending container first with the heaviest ingredients
followed by the softer herbs and spices.
2. Tighten the blending assembly to the personal blending
container tightly and invert.
3. Blend for 30- 45 seconds for creamy textures and pulse for
guacamole, salsa and wherever a chunky texture is desired.
4. Cover with storage lid and stir before each use for
best results.
Miso Soup Tonic
1 ½ cups water
¼ cup lemon or lime juice
3 Tbsp. tahini paste
1 Tbsp. mellow white miso paste
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dulse flakes (optional)
Cilantro Salad Dressing
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
½ cup olive or avocado oil
¼ cup lemon or lime juice
½ tsp. sea salt
Sweet Cream Dessert Dipping Sauce
½ cup water
½ cup pine nuts
2 Tbsp. raw agave nectar
1 tsp. vanilla paste
1 pinch sea salt
Cashew Cheese Dip
1 cup water
½ cup soaked cashews
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. raw agave or honey
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sea salt

Tahini Cream Sauce
½ cup tahini paste
½ cup lemon or lime juicer
¼ cup cilantro leaves
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tomato (optional)
Avocado Sour Cream
1 avocado
½ cup lemon or lime juice
½ cup coconut water
½ tsp. sea salt
Chocolate Pudding
1 cup water
1 cup avocado
4 Tbsp. raw agave, honey or coconut nectar
2 Tbsp. cacao powder
½ tsp. sea salt
Sweet Cacao Fruit Dipping Sauce
½ cup raw agave nectar
1/ 3 cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
