8. Puesta en marcha,
funcionamiento
Después de conectado o de su puesta bajo
tensión, el rotor acelera hasta alcanzar un
número de revoluciones de aprox. 2300 rpm.
Debajo del rotor debe actuar una presión
dinámica de 2-5 mbar. Solo en caso de rotación
y estanqueidad por aire el sistema está estanco y
propulsa el lubricante refrigerante que le llega.
Así se tiene libre visibilidad del proceso.
No toque la placa rotativa durante la rotación.
Existe riesgo de ligeras lesiones.
En el rotor se encuentra un fuerte imán. Si tiene
un implante médico de asistencia circulatoria, las
fuerzas magnéticas podrían afectar la función del
implante. Mantenga una distancia de al menos
15 cm entre la ROTOCLEAR y el implante
durante el funcionamiento.
Si la placa de la máquina será golpeado por
piezas volantes, puede des abollar. Piezas de
fijación de ROTOCLEAR puedan separar y
causar daños corporales. Mantenga una distancia
mínima de 25 cm a la placa de la máquina
durante la operatción.

Conecte la alimentación de aire y encienda el
equipo.
El motor se desconecta en caso de sobrecarga y
vuelve a acelerar después de una breve pausa
hasta alcanzar el número de revoluciones de
servicio.
No oriente el chorro de refrigerante directamente
hacia el equipo sino hacia el elemento cortante de
la herramienta.

Start-up, Operation

After having switched on, or, applied voltage,
respectively, the rotor accelerates up to a rotor
speed of 2300 RPM. The connecting box must
show a dynamic pressure of 2-5 mbar. The
system must rotate and have sealing air
pressure to be tight and to expel the coolant
outward providing an unrestricted view of the
process.
Do not touch the rotating window while it is in
operating state. Risk of minor injuries.
A strong annular magnet is located in the
rotor. If you wear a pacemaker implant, the
magnetic fields may influence the function of
your implant. Maintain a minimum distance of
15 cm between ROTOCLEAR and your
pacemaker.
If the machine window will be hit by flying
parts it may buckling. Tighten elements of
Rotoclear could loose and cause physical
injury. During working process keep a minimal
distance of 25 cm to the machine window.
Switch on the air and power supply.
In case of overload, the motor will switch off
and will, after a short while, accelerate again
to operating speed.
Make sure that the coolant jet does not point
towards the unit directly, but towards the
cutting tool instead.
