gEnERAL SAfEguARdS
Place the machine on a stable worktable to prevent it from falling
and possibly causing personal injury and damage to the unit.
Use only for its intended purpose of punching and binding paper
and documents covers according to the indicated specifications.
Do not place anything in the punch opening of the machine other
than paper and cover stock.
Lift the machine from the bottom, not the cover.
Do not lift the machine by the cover or the handle.

Push the handle upright onto the punching shaft located on
the right side of the machine.

Secure handle with the screw provided.

Assemble the paper holder as per figure 1.

Set edge guide to paper size you wish to bind.
The machine is pre-set for A4 size.

Align sheets or covers and insert edge to be bound into punch
throat until they are flush against the bottom of the punch
throat.

Pull down the handle all the way down to punch completely
through the paper.
Punch ideally 6 sheets of 80gsm paper at once. Punch only
ONE clear cover at a time to prevent jams and excessive wear.
bIndIng
Once perforated all the sheets you proceed to insert the spiral (coil)
pre-cut elements. This step can be made manually.
When spiral pre-cut element is inserted through all perforated
holes, cut remaining spiral and bend at the same time the ends of
spiral element inside (left side). So that spirals (coils) will be fixed
not coming out after frequent readings.

Stellen Sie die Maschine auf eine stabile Unterlage und
vermeiden Sie damit absturzbedingte Verletzungen von Personen
oder Schäden am Gerät.
Nur zum Lochen und Binden von Papier und Bindezubehör laut
Spezifikationen verwenden. Stecken Sie keine anderen
Gegenstände als Papier und Bindecover in die Stanzöffnung.
Fassen Sie das Gerät beim Hochheben am Boden, nicht an der Ab-
deckung. Heben Sie das Gerät nicht mit der Abdeckung oder dem
Stanzhebel.

Drücken Sie den Hebel an der rechten Seite des Gerätes senkrecht
in den Bindeschacht.
Sichere Handhabung durch die Abdeckung.
Platzieren Sie den Papierhalter lt. Abbildung 1.

Setzen Sie den Anschlag auf die gewünschte Bindegröße.
Die Maschine ist auf A4 voreingestellt.
Führen Sie die zu bindenden Blätter und Einbanddeckel in die
Lochöffnung bis sie am Anschlag anstehen.
Drücken Sie den Hebel runter bis die zu bindenden Blätter
vollständig gelocht sind.
Lochen Sie nicht mehr als 6 Blatt Papier 80g auf einmal.
Lochen Sie nur einen transparenten Einbanddeckel um Staus und
Abnützung zu vermeiden.
bIndEn
Legen Sie die gelochten Blätter in die geöffneten Binderücken.
Dieser Schritt kann manuell gemacht werden.
Nach dem vollständigen Einführen der Binderücken in die
vorgestanzten Löcher schneiden Sie überstehende Binderücken
ab und biegen Sie gleichzeitig die Enden der Spiralen nach innen
(auf der linken Seite). So dass die Spiralen fixiert sind und die Blätter
beim Umblättern nicht rausfallen.
