3 SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

Stickers with security and usage instructions shall be always well fixed. If necessary,
replace them.
To avoid damage, malfunction and injuries, obey to these security instructions:
This manual contains important information regarding proper assembly, opera-
tions and maintenance of the ABS 3000/5000.
Read the manual carefully and get familiar with all components before operat-
ing the machine for the first time.
This manual is part of the machine and shall be stored for later reference. Add
this manual to the machine if handed to 3rd persons for use.
Stick to these Security Warnings and Instructions to reduce the risk of serious
injuries.
The ABS 3000/5000 dust extraction system is designed for aspirating small
chippings and dust arising from the processing of wood or wood-type materials.
It is not intended for continuous usage and/or usage in the professional wood
processing sector.
The ABS 3000/5000 shall be used only by trained personnel. Persons under the
age of 18 only under the supervision of trained personnel.
Non authorized personnel, especially children, shall be kept away from the ma-
chine!
The aspiration of any other material than chippings or dust arising from the
processing of wood is forbidden!
FIRE HAZARD:
Especially the aspiration of lightly flammable materials like gases, liquids, metal
dust or chippings, solvents, hot ashes, cigarette waste ... is strictly forbidden!
Don't use the machine outside or in an area with high humidity!
The maintenance/use of the machine is forbidden if you are tired, concentrated
as well if you are under the influence of medicaments, alcohol and other drugs.
BEWARE: Routine leads to insufficient attention.
Do not install collector tubes or electric cables across the floor.
Do not operate the dust collector without filter bag or dust collector bag!

When working with the machine, don't wear loose clothing, long hair
openly or loose jewellery like necklaces etc.
Loose objects might be catched by rotating parts and cause serious
injuries
