Warranty and warranty term extension

The warranty term is two years from the date of
purchase. Please keep proof of purchase in a safe
place. During the warranty period your dealer alone
may accept defective products and return them to us
if necessary.
Register on the Internet and fi ll out a brief
-questionnaire to get your warranty term extended
to 5 years. Register at www.bresser.de/garantie.
Registration must be within three months of purchase
(date of receipt) to validate the warranty. If you register
thereafter the warranty term will not be extended.
The product must be returned to the dealer you bought
it from for them to forward it to us if you make a
warranty claim. No warranty applies to products sent
directly to us and not via your dealer.
A new or repaired product will be shipped to you via
your dealer at our discretion in the event of a warranty
claim.
No right to credit or reimbursement exists.
Material and manufacturing faults will be remedied
free of charge during the period of warranty validity.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused
by improper use or for which the owner is liable.
Repairs or attempted repairs by unauthorised persons
invalidate the warranty.
