Troubleshooting
If the keyboard cannot pair with a compatible tablet/smartphone or does
not respond to keystrokes, proceed as follows:

Check whether the batteries have been inserted the right way round
(polarity).
♦
Check the charge level of the batteries and if necessary replace them.
♦
Check whether the keyboard is switched on.
♦
Check whether the Bluetooth
smartphone.
♦
If you use several Bluetooth
connection is disconnected. This may indicate that a previously paired
device is in range.
♦
Make sure that the keyboard is no more than 8 metres from the
tablet/smartphone and that no obstacles or electronic devices are
located in between.
If the keyboard's special keys do not function or function other than expected,
check whether the correct operating system and layout is set (see also the
sections Special key assignments and Alternative key assignments in iOS).
