The guarantee period begins with the date of purchase. Please keep the
original sales receipt. This document is required for proof of purchase.
If a material or production fault occurs in this product within three years
of the date of purchase, the product will be repaired for you free of
charge, or replaced – at our discretion. This guarantee service requires
that the defective device and the proof of purchase (receipt) are sent in,
along with a brief description of what the defect is and when it occurred,
within the three-year period. If the defect is covered by our guarantee,
the product will be returned to you as a repaired product or a new
product. No new guarantee period begins upon repair or replacement.
Any damage and defects already present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Once the guarantee period

The guarantee service applies for material or production faults. This
guarantee does not extend to product components subject to normal

sleeves, rechargeable batteries, or damage to fragile parts, e. g. switches
or parts made of glass.
