when used for its intended purposes under normal usage conditions; provided, however, that this Warranty is made subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. This Warranty is made only to the original purchaser of the Product from APG and is not transferable;
2. This Warranty only applies for a period of one year following the date of the original purchase of the Product from APG (the "Warranty
Period");
3. APG's only obligation under this Warranty is to, at APG's election, (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product, or (c) refund the original
purchase price paid to APG for the Product;
4. A claim under this Warranty may be made only by written notice delivered to APG during the Warranty Period;
5. APG may condition any claim under this Warranty upon the return of the Product to APG for examination;
6. APG will have no obligation under this Warranty with regard to any Product that has been misused, mishandled, damaged, or modifi ed;
7. APG'S MAXIMUM MONETARY LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO APG
FOR THE PRODUCT; and
8. IN NO EVENT OR CIRCUMSTANCE WILL APG BE LIABLE TO ANYONE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER LOSS), THAT RELATE IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF APG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
THOSE DAMAGES.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY THAT APG MAKES WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT. APG MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES
WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. APG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL SUCH OTHER
WARRANTIES.
If an applicable law limits or does not allow a term or condition of this Warranty, then, in the jurisdiction in which that law applies, that term or
condition will be treated as limited or removed as required by that law.

a permissible warranty claim, please email APG at support@
anthemproductsgroup.com with your name, the name of the
company that purchased the device, the date of purchase, the
problem with the device, and your contact information.
