FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: I have a problem with detecting the docking station in my Thunderbolt™ 3 port
on my laptop / tablet.
Answer: The problem may be the outdated drivers for the Thunderbolt™ 3 port on your
laptop / tablet. Please install the latest Thunderbolt™ 3 chipset drivers in your laptop /
tablet.
Question: I have a NB with a Thunderbolt 3 port, nevertheless the NB is not powered
from the docking station.
Reply: Thunderbolt 3 specification talks about power supply as an optional function. Not
all Thunderbolt 3 laptops are equipped with this function; this function is not supported
mainly by laptops with an original power supply adapter with more than 100W.
Please read the entire manual carefully before using the docking station. Detailed
