Replacing HEPA filter

Caution: Switch off the appliance and pull out the plug if you wish
to replace the HEPA filter!
The optional HEPA filter (=High Efficiency Particulate Air) can pick up dust particles of 0.3 micrometer.
[02] First open the twistlock as shown.
[03] Open the flap. Now take out the HEPA filter (yellow) (8) and dispose of it correctly.
Insert a new HEPA filter (yellow) (8) and close the flap.

Strain relief

The strain relief prevents the cable being pulled out of the Jetvac as the result of mechanical strain.
When the cable is replaced, the new cable must be attached as shown [12].

Service, maintenance and care

The Jetvac is a premium vacuum cleaner which has been safety tested in the production plant and
by authorised testers. After long use, electrical and mechanical components are subject to wear and
tear and aging.
In order to maintain the operation safety and serviceability we recommend that the appliance
serviced once a year.
Only original (replacement) parts from VERMOP may be used, otherwise a loss of safety and
serviceability may result, as well as the lapse of the guarantee.
Repairs to mechanical or electrical parts may be carried out only by our staff or experts authorised
by VERMOP and familiar with all the relevant safety stipulations.
The servicing of the appliance is a precondition for fault-free functioning and a long service life.
For questions regarding service please contact your local VERMOP office.

Transport

During transport, please ensure that the appliance and accessories are sufficiently protected.

Disposal

After withdrawal from service, the appliance and accessories are to be handed over to a specialist waste
disposal in accordance with national regulations. VERMOP can be of assistance to you in this matter.
During maintenance or repair work, all contaminated objects which cannot be satisfactorily cleaned, are
to be disposed of. Items of this kind must be disposed of in impermeable bags in accordance with the
valid stipulations for the disposal of waste of this kind.
